We have a Discord community where renters can join and have support at their fingertips, anytime, anywhere.
Alternatively, we have a support bot, powered by Smartbots, whom you can message inworld, and a manager can reply to you.
Please note that if you are messaging between the hours of 8pm-6am SLT, we may not have a manager available to help you, but we will reply as soon as we can!
